1 / Full Refund. The required cancellation window varies by service type. Cancellation must be initiated: Transfers — 4 hours; Hourly/Long Distance — 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. •

2 / Late Notice (100% Fee). Cancellation received less than the specified time results in a charge equal to the full cost of the service.

3 / Refund Processing. All applicable refunds are processed within 5 banking days of official cancellation.
